Doug was formerly a Managing Director with ABN AMRO, Incorporated and he has been in the leasing and financial industry for 15 years. His responsibilities included origination and transaction structuring for the energy industry, primarily Johnson Controls, Inc. (JCI). He assisted JCI in the development of the Retrofit PSA Program, Synthetic tax-exempt conduit issuer lease, and the newest version of Shared Savings. Doug acts as President of NCB and is responsible for transaction origination and product development.

Julie was formerly a Vice President with ABN AMRO, Incorporated and has been involved in the leasing and financial services industry for approximately 10 years. Her responsibilities included product origination and transaction structuring in various industries including computers, telecommunications, software and energy management. Julie is responsible for product origination, syndication and management of contract administration for NCB.

Jeff has been in the leasing and banking industry for 30 years. His last possition was as a Senior Vice President with ABN AMRO, Incorporated. Jeff is experienced in Municipal Finance, Corporate Finance, Project Finance and is expert in analyzing cash flow scenarios. Jeff has written several computer programs for financial evaluation and Internal Rate of Return calculations. Jeff handles credit evaluation, document addenda, restructuring and rewriting transactions, as well as sharing in transaction placement for NCB.
